- Seating Chart Rules -
- GUEST COUNT -

Each guest counts individually in the guest count number, even if listed as a couple. For example, "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith" are counted as two guests.

Please make sure to choose the correct minimum size for your number of guests.
You can, however, choose a larger size than actually needed if you wish :)
Examples:
You CAN have 80 guests, but want to have a larger sign, and choose the 18"x24" or 24"x36".
You CANNOT have 150 guests choose anything less than the 24"x36"
Up to 50 guests: Choose 11"x14"
51-85 guests: Choose 16” x 20
86 - 115: Choose 18” x 24”
116 - 150: Choose 24” x 36”

- CATEGORIZATION -

Seating charts are priced assuming "By Table" categorization only. For Example: "Table One" "Table Two". Change to alphabetical categorization would be an additional fee, if possible at all (at higher guest counts, it becomes less efficient space-wise for alphabetical categorization.
- INITIAL PROOF PROCESSING SPEEDS -

Regular 5 Day: Our standard processing time. After your order is placed and your guest names/table numbers received, you will receive your initial proof to check over for errors or misspellings, etc., within 4-5 days. After this, it is your responsibility to get back to us with revision requests or final approval quickly so we can make these changes and get new proofs/final files over to you in our normal timeframe (24-48 hours for revised proofs; 24 hours for final files).
Rush 3 Day: Our first tier of Rush Processing. After your order is placed and your guest names/table numbers received, you will receive your initial proof to check over for errors or misspellings, etc., within 3 days. After this, it is your responsibility to get back to us with revision requests or final approval quickly so we can make these changes and get new proofs/final files over to you in our normal timeframe (24-48 hours for revised proofs; 24 hours for final files).
Big Rush 2 Day: Our fastest tier of Rush Processing. After your order is placed and your guest names/table numbers received, you will receive your initial proof to check over for errors or misspellings, etc., within 2 days. After this, it is your responsibility to get back to us with revision requests or final approval quickly so we can make these changes and get new proofs/final files over to you in our normal timeframe (24-48 hours for revised proofs; 24 hours for final files).
- ORDER CLOCK -

The 'clock' begins on your order only when the following two things have been completed:
(1) You have placed the order with payment cleared
(2) You have emailed either a Word or Excel attachment of your guest list or copy & pasted into an en Etsy email or Order Notes area your table numbers and corresponding guests names (please do not send screen shots of guests lists - only the above mentioned formats - Excel or Word attachments or copy & pasted into an Etsy email - are allowed).
Only after both of these conditions have been met does the Initial Proof Processing Delivery Clock begin.
For example, you place your order on Saturday with 5 Day Standard Processing, but do not send in your guest names and table numbers until Monday. The "5 Day" Timeline doesn't not begin until we receive the names and table numbers on Monday.
- GUEST LIST FINALIZATION -

When sending your tables numbers/guests, please make sure to have your guests listed in the order you prefer them, in accordance with the sample's shown categorization method. Your names are copy and pasted into the design as you send them, to save time on myriad name spelling issues, so please have them listed as you prefer them to appear. Any additional change to the order after initial proof has been sent will be subject to additional charges.

For these seating charts, please also be aware that, even on the "5 Day Standard" processing times, we can begin working on your chart at any time after you purchase. So please make sure, before you purchase, that you have your seating FINALIZED. Revisions after initial proof are for spelling and/or guest names accidentally not entered by me from the original list you send; requesting: guest table numbers changed, moving guests to different tables, rearranging whole tables, after the initial proof has been sent, you will be subject to additional charges.
